What Cogni does?

Cogni calls you at the moments that matter — starting your medication, before a dose change, or after a side effect.

You can also call Cogni anytime to ask about your medication, share how you’re doing, or raise a concern.

Cogni does not diagnose, prescribe, or change your medication. In an emergency, call 911.

If anything needs clinical attention, Cogni brings it to your care team’s attention.
